Eat well, including, whenever possible organic produce. Avoid toxic chemicals coming in contact with your skin, or breathing the fumes (including regular household cleaners). Get plenty of exercise. Drink ample amounts of water throughout the day and maintain regular sleeping habits.

Take a daily supplement which includes, essential fatty acids, digestive enzymes, vitamins, and minerals.

Beyond this stress management and great attitude for life make a huge difference in ones overall health.

Personally I like meditation to assist the body in dealing with everyday stress and also use a technique called EFT (emotional freedom techniques)

Also I use an infrared sauna to help detoxify the body and for relaxation.

Listen to your body and respond to it's needs!

Eat healthy food at appropriate times and keep fit doing simple exercises, even simply standing in one place and jogging helps if can't be done outside. Maintaining a disciplined and honest life gives a lot of peace and keeps you healthy too!!! Plan finances well and don't borrow or lend, give if you have, don't ask back!!!

Try this: Go on the intertoobular web thingy, and go watch some ****. Check out the "anal" stuff, and see if it tweaks your interest. Then go ahead and google "how to have anal sex" and find out that you're not the only one who's asked this before. (While you're at it, you might want him to go look up 'G-spot' just to make the playing table even) Some like it hot, some like it cold... oh, and uh... 'douche bag'. That's the key word here. Well, that, and 'lube'. Otherwise, relax. At least he's not asking you to do BDSM... (although, I always loved a woman in skin tight vinyl) ;-p Oh, and another one: COUGAR Tag, you're it.
