Get as far away from this person as possible. Ask the instructor of your class to change your seating arrangement unless you can select your own seat. Tell your instructor that this person copies off of you during a test. Honesty is the best policy, so tell this person to leave you alone. It sounds as though you are very young and I will have to admit I do not blame her for asking those talking trash when the teacher is speaking to be quiet, but she needs to do her own group work. I understand your problem completely and unless you speak up and tell the teacher what is going on, nothing will change. Good luck to you, be brave and you will see it though.

Speak with your teacher about moving you so you are not next to her. And tell the teacher that her drama bothers you. I say this because I'm sure it is getting to others too. Possibly even the teacher, but unless something is said by others there is nothing she can do. If she tries to involve you in her drama, tell her where others can hear that she can handle her own and your not in it. If she gets upset with you remind her that she a big girl. Good luck !!!!

Try to get your seat changed so that you sit as far away from her as possible.
If you are in the sun, ask to be moved to a shady spot. If in the shade, say that you are cold and want a sunny spot. Ask to sit near the door if she is by the window. Get away from this girl; she is a problem to herself and anyone near her. But don't target her in your request, keep things neutral to keep the peace and deny her a drama scene.

The best way to deal with this problem is to be politely direct and tell her you do not appreciate her copying your test answers. Then go a step further and tell her she is interfering with your concentration and could she please tone things down so you can understand the material being taught. Guaranteed, she will move.

sit far away from her, ask to sit elsewhere, or just tell her what you don't like.
