simple.
The ref will count to 10, if they both fail to stand up, it's a tie and the match is over.

Invariably one is declared a winner....the most famous example occured almost 100 years ago when Ad Wolgast & Mexican Joe Rivers fought for the Lightweight Championship. They hit each other simultaneously & went down to the canvas at the same time. A " crooked " referree actually picked up Wolgast while he counted out Rivers & then declared Wolgast to be the winner.

I saw that on TV once. Another boxer can run into the ring from the locker room and pin the two boxers on the ground. Or is that wrestling?
