I set a mouse trap near a bunch of bricks in my backyard. Theres a mouse/rat nest in it. So for sh!ts and giggles, I put a trap there. When I woke up the trap was gone. what happened to the trap?

If it was a rat nest, the rats carried it off. That happened in my barn when we had a grain silo and, therefore, wild rats.
