Your weight is good.
Thats good that you are eating healthy food.
But have some junk food once in 2 or 3 weeks .
The reason i am telling you this is that by taking junk food occasionally your cravings will be under control.
Do exercise because it is the key for fitness.

Hope this helps

A loss of 1/2 a kilo a week is really healthy.. you could loose up to 1kg a week and it's still healthy

your BMI is about 19 so you are slightly underweight! A healthy BMI is about 20 - 25. Put some weight on! It's not healthy...

you dont weight a lot at all - i would say you are underweight unless you have no muscle mass at all.
losing 1-2lbs a week is really healthy and means you are losing fat most likely.
work out at least 4 days a week and gain some muscle and you will have faster metabolism.
