Yahoo sports has posted an article stating that Nationwide Insurance is replacing Busch as the sponsor of the second tier series. What's Allstate going to say, is Geico going to be allowed to stay as a car sponsor?

This is more than just a 'Silly Season' for the teams. I was under the impression that Coors was going to be the sonsor. I am convinced that Nascar likes picking people's brains.

It'll be interesting to watch unfold. I imagine it will be just like when Nextel took over.. Allow the current companies to stay in the sport but block all other insurance companies from entering the sport to sponsor a car or driver. I wish Geico would have done this instead.. I'd like to see a lot more of that Warren Wallace kid.

Will here it goes again who will be the official product of NASCAR.
With the cost of sponsorship then let the sponsors stay as they are.
As for Nationwide being title sponsor for the series sponsor this is a good thing to open other markets.

Allstate will say...Why didn't we think of that ? Iwouldn' see Geico having any problems sponcoring a ride.
Nationwide could then show everyone, who has the big buck$
