i weight 165 pound, 5feet 6 inch, i feel that i am struggled with obesity. .

except that i'm girl....
however...I'm on diet too...
running and doing aerobic....

Go to your doctor and get them to either give you a diet that you can follow.
Or you can try Weight Watchers for a couple of weeks to get the hang of it.
Or, Talk to a nutritionist or Dietitian and ask them for a diet that you might be able to stay on.
My daughter's were watching their weights and found a website about Diabetes, (because their father was diabetic) and they are worried about it, now.

I learned way back when that one of the easiest diets to follow is one for diabetics, because you are going to be eating healthier and probably won't be getting hungry between meals.
