Accounts pulled, sure they should be put in jail, they won't need their accounts then.

The are to many mindless lemmings who post on this site without giving any thought to the consequences of their actions. While they may consider their posts as nothing more than letting of a bit of steam, they fail to realize the severity of their actions. Any threat against the President of the United States is a violation of federal law, and should be dealt with accordingly.

I disagree, they should not have their account pulled.
Number 1, if they are of another country, federal law does not apply to them.
Number 2, if someone were to make death threats against Ahmadinejad, Chavez or Castro how many of you would feel the same?
Number 3: The great Thomas Jefferson once said that the tree of liberty must now and again be refreshed with the blood of both patriots and tyrants.
Number 4: Anyone who takes an internet threat serious is a real wuss...honestly. I laugh at all the people in chat rooms that say they are going to 'kick my ***'. Really. Who belives that?

Yes, they should have their account suspended and no, Yahoo should not allow those types of posts to remain for even a moment.
Why would Yahoo think it okay to abet someone in breaking the law?

Yes they should have their account suspended and they should be reported to the authorities. My reason is because you are free to disagree with the president but death threats are not acceptable.

Yes, but that should go for anyone who threatens a life. It won't matter though. After their account is revoked, they'll just make a new one, like those of us who have lost ours for being reported too often.

I've seen threats to moveon.org on here that went unpunished. I expect the same with the threat you just mentioned.

I think anyone who makes a threat against any public figure Republican or Democrat should have his account terminated.
