I knew that the kiss of Allah was a white "star" on the head ahd to look the thumprint up- IF it is a white spot on the neck - there is a gentic connection between marking on head & neck so dogs with both probably would be not THAT uncommon ... If it is the indent in muscling decribed by some websites well that sounds like the "victory V" often seen on very fit greys & whippets and is a function of fitness so all dogs have the potential to get it.
