She has many complications to her health, and is down to about 105 pounds, has lost her job from the illnesses, and now they cannot find why her body will not retain the iron, so she is weak all the time and has siezures as well. Any experience one may have on this will be most valuable, Thanks.

Has anyone checked her thyroid levels? A friend of mine has recently experienced the same iron deficient anemia. After a battery of testing and fears of cancer her thyroid levels were found to be off and after being put on synthroid she is feeling much better. Good luck to her.
