Actually, that part of the body on men and women is related to mental preparation or readiness. Plainly put, sexual organs represent a person ability to be ready to handle issues at any point or anytime. I know it sounds weird, but I have studied it for years and found it to be true personally. By your reproductive organs falling out, it represents there are issues which you are dealing with which you feel you have no solution to the problem (because of mindset). And you have a fear that people in general know about your personal problem.

I'm wondering if your reproductive organs going on "public display" means that you're literally showing that you're a woman in the real world. And - maybe it's not a way you're totally comfortable with somehow? Maybe it's against your upbringing in some way, or just not "usual" for you. Maybe you've started dressing or acting in a more womanly or feminine way (whatever that may mean to YOU), and it just feels strange for some reason.
Just my ideas - hope they will give you a hint or three; good luck!

you are scared or very cautious about showing your most inner private feelings emotions to people, and keep them hidden away in you ,you associate it with your private regions in your dreams because we all keep that area hidden away in public, maybe you need to talk some feelings you have through with someone if they are getting near a bursting point

Without knowing anything about you,
I would guess you may be dressing seductive, having sex,
or doing soemthing you are uncomfortable with and are afraid of being exposed.
Either that, or you've been watching too many horror movies. :-))

in psychology, it is stated no-one can truely interpret your dream but your self.
clues can be what has recently happened to you or what has affected your life in the past.
you can also alter your dreams if you are aware you are in it.

It has to do something with your earlier life. Or it may be that you are having this fear because you may doing something wrong or you may have been sexually molested in the childhood.
