Deuce already recommended Screwtape Letters, which is excellent. I was going to say almost anything by C.S.Lewis (who wrote Screwtape Letters). Mere Christianity is also very good, also The Great Divorce, Letters to Malcom, and of course the Narnia stories. He also wrote a science fiction trilogy that is wonderful.
The Narnia stories and the sci-fi trilogy are not actually about -Jesus-, but about Christian principles. So people who aren't Christians can read them and agree with them. 8^)

My roommate Dan said the Strong's Concordance, I think it was a great answer.
While not disagreeing with that answer, I would like to say Fox's Book of Martyrs.

Max Lucado's books are very good. I'd recommend Just Like Jesus, or No Wonder They Call Him Savior.
