Its not the definition of insanity, its the definition of finding a way around the filibuster. There are simply bills that no one would dare to filibuster. As such, there would be a straight up-down vote on the immigration reform package as part of the bill (either adding it in or removing it). If the leadership of the two parties think that they have a majority on the up-down vote, it is a logical legislative maneuver (separate from the issue of the merits).

yes. THE DEFINATION OF INSANITY, the dream act was shot down by congress disguised as a war bill. they can try but $$$ always wins. Trust Jesus, Reject Islam... What war?
