breakfast: nothing
lunch: hotdog bun with no hot dog in it
dinner: almost half an entire long loaf bread with garlic and butter

I know it's unhealthy to eat lots of bread cuz it's carby or whatever but I really can't help it.

no, I'm not anorexic like that one guy thinks. I just don't really ever get hungry. And when I am hungry just something very small fills me..but I do get really hungry around dinner even though I'm never hungry around breakfast.
And you guys keep saying I need meat...but I'm a vegetarian and that vegetarian substitute stuff for protein tastes like meat. nasty

Probably around 1000 calories of carbs and fat.

Seriously, not good at all. And yes, you CAN help it.

First of all, you should never skip breakfast. Eating a few small meals a day keeps your metabolism up. Second, you didn't eat any veggies or meats. Try to balance that diet more. Make a sandwich with some great bread that you love and put some meat and lettuce and stuff on it. Forget about the number of calories. You know you didn't have many today, you barely ate anything.

Well, you would probably have to walk 25 miles to burn the butter and the FAT CAL that is has. Bad girl.
Elliminate butter. YOU have to eat a little (NO Sugar, no fat) Breakfast. Then something litte (NO SUG< NO Fat) at about 10:00 am. Then you are faces with lunch.
I eat about 1/2 bound of Baked Zucchini with garlic salt and peper, with lots of fruit for breakfast. NO MILK.
At about 10:00 am I eat a bunch of grapes, cantaloap, watermelon. At noon, a pound of steamed green beans with lots of garlic and peper. After noon snack. I will roll up any kind of vegie with a few slices of Chicken breast or turkey breast lunch meat. Dinner, at about 4:30 not at 7:00 pm, I will have a chicken breast on a little pasta. Salad with NO OIL. Only garlic salt and lime or lemon juice. If you are still hungry, munch on uncooked broccoly with a LITTLE garlic olive oil. Then I was 2-4 miles a night . So far, I have lost about 30 libs in 4 months and I AM NOT HUNGRY. NO OR VERY LITTLE FAT CALS. THEY ARE DEADLY. BUTTER AND MILK AND ICE CREAM WILL KILL A DIET OF ANY KIND. Once you are in the habbit it is fun to try and figure how few cals and fat cals you can eat. I eat about 1200 cals a day and burn off walking about 200 of them. Sooo. I LOOSE weight.

hot dog bun 140 loaf of bread 80-110 calories a slice not sure how much the butter is worth but you need to add protein and fruits and veggies to make it healthy otherwise your not losing fat your losing muscle

well for breakfast and lunch like 100 calories( which is unhealthy) but the dinner probaly totals it up to 600 calories ( or more or less how much butter did you put on?)

Never mind calories you didn't eat enough protein or get enough calcium. You also didn't get any veggies or fruit etc.

well under 1,000 which is unhealthy. and by not eating breakfast that slowed down your metabolism.

are you anorexic? i suggest you pick up a book on nutrition, because what you are doing is TERRIBLY wrong. you are going to end up crippled not skinny
