TOSS IT!! I used to work in dairy, and milk can last a day past its expiration date, but no longer. I sure as hell wouldn't drink it.

Doesn't it smell bad? Hasn't it curdled by now? I work at a school and the day the milk is dated is the day it has to be used. Milk doesn't last past the date on the carton. Definitely toss it out.

All the date on your milk carton is is a dead line for the store to make sure the product is sold by that date. So, yes, you can drink or eat foods that have within reason pasted this time frame. When in doubt, do a taste test. If it tastes good, it probably is. If not, you'll know!

Smell it first, and if it smell fine to you, try a small sip. If it has soured, you'll know it. I have found that Fat Free milk last much longer that it's expiration date would have you believe. Of course, it needs to be refrigerated at all time.

Pitch it as it is over a week past the due date. Dairy is only good for about a week past the date on the container. My dad used to deliver milk and other dairy products.

Best by or best before dates are different to use by dates.
After a use by date the product is no longer considered edible/safe. With a best before or best by date there will be some deterioration in flavor, or texture, but it will still be safe consume for a while after.

"September, 20,",throw the milk away, you can only leave a milk one extra day if it isn't rotten yet, but after that throw it away or you can get sick, and may need medical attention.

Definitely toss it. Almost 2 weeks over the expiration date. It's not worth getting sick.
