hypothetically, in the USA, could you just walk into a sex store and take all your clothes off and have sex with your girlfriend? what if the owners allowed it?

if only adults are allowed and there is nudity everywhere, how can they arrest you for being naked?

If the ownership is not against it and no one calls the Police to complain (indecent exposure, lewd acts in public, etc) then it could technically happen. Though I am not sure why anyone would want to do that........

Bottom line is there generally needs to be a person complaining before law enforcement knows there is a problem and can take action. Some Cities/Counties/etc have municipal codes that forbid things like sex in a public place, regardless of who said it was "ok" so I don't think I would want to give it a try.......besides, those places are gross and slimy. Not somewhere I wanna be naked at.

if the owners allow it it is their store and if the windows are blacked out as most are to keep the peeping public out and nobody complains then yes--

same is sacred with nudist camps??

I have been naked in a small one that was inside a nude resort. They didn't have much, but I think it still qualifies.

Guess it depends on where it is located.
