Yes! By God's grace alone!

In high school I seriously dated a "jack" Mormon, now atheist/agnostic as far as I know. In college I seriously dated a Roman Catholic. Although the break-ups were extremely difficult for me, I hate to wonder what my life would be like had I married either of these young men. To make a long story very short, I would have suffered through a lot of things without the support of my husband.

But God led my future husband & I independently to the mission field in Japan, through LCMS World Mission. That is how we met & where we got engaged. I am thankful almost every day that we are both LCMS Lutheran! Also, that my husband is very capable of being the spiritual head of our household.

Soli Deo Gloria! I pray the same blessings for all other Lutheran single young people.

I married a Methodist. But she joined the Lutheran church a few years after we got married and found our home church.
