There is no conclusive evidence of life after death. But there is no evidence of any sort against it. Soon enough you will know. So why fret about it?

I'm probably at least as confident in my "world view" as you and most people are. I find no evidence to tell me which, if any, god I should even attempt to worship, so I just don't.
How can anyone be so confident to know exactly what happens when you die? Once my days are over, there's no reason for me to be afraid. Are you?
I'm also curious where you heard that 10 out of 10 people die. That's priceless, but never mind...

I'm not scared of dying, as long as I get a chance to live a good life. Anyway, there's not much I can do about it, so why worry? And what did you mean, ten out of ten people die "from what you hear"? Of course everyone dies, are you in doubt of that fact or something?

I am confident in my worldview because it is my worldview, and I do not expect others to agree with it.
I am not scared to die, because I am not scared to live life to its fullest potential. No one knows what happens after death, if anything happens. Why worry about things which one cannot know? You can if you want. I prefer to spend my time on better things.

i believe in god 100% i have seen him move in so many peoples lives i would be blind to turn my back on him... but as another view. if you look at a christian and a pagan,. (or atheist) if you look at each ones life over the years, the christian would be happier with the way they lived their lives, because he/she has done good in life. the christian has a goal of seeing the lord after death and pleasing him and doing his works and spreading the word in life. what does an atheist have to look forward too. we christians don't worry about worldly things. we look to the lord for guidance, and look to heaven as life's great reward. the atheist looks to death as an answer to what happens after we die... which is answered then they will realize their life was wasted. hope this made since. i tend to ramble.

Not scared to die, no... I am comfortable with my choice of belief systems. I will die and there will be nothing more. What is there to be afraid of?
I use my time to enjoy the life I have, not one that might come next.

We're going to die? NOOOOO!!!
Seriously, we all know that we're going to die and whether people are afraid of that or not doesn't necessarily have anything to do with religion. We're confident because the evidence is on our side.

Atheism is as much a leap of faith as religion. Neither have absolute proof for their beliefs. Athiests cannot definitively prove that the big bang, which started a universe that allows for the evolution of intelligent beings, was without purpose or cause. Therefore, the only belief that does not require a leap of faith is agnosticism (unsure as to the existence of God).

Knowledge. Atheists are, on the average, better educated. Atheists know there is only one life to live, and so they are not afraid of Hell. You can not scare them.

I'm confidant that the description of God given in the bible is logically inconsistent, and thus I feel justified in disbelieving.
As for dying, no, I'm not scared of death. I don't want to endure a painful death, but the idea of death itself doesn't worry me.
