if someone said you are very valuable to me, what does it mean?

I could mean different things based on what kind of relationship you have with the person. If it is business, then that means that you make a major contribution or you do something better than others. In a personal relationship it usually means that they care very deeply for you and do not want anything bad to happen to you.

As another said, it depends upon context. It also depends upon the language. If it's English, then it refers to importance measured either in money or some other resource. In some cases it refers to emotion such as love. In other languages it could mean something else.

Depends on the context and who is saying it. If it's your spouse, that's one thing. If it's your pimp, that's quite another.
