It is up to you to decide. If it is not working and you have been trying for a while with the same therapist then it is OK to find a new one. Sometimes that happens and it is nothing to be ashamed of.

One you mentioned that you were seeing a he in your question! Be more careful! But to answer you question you have to remember you are there because you are having problems not the therapist. Don't try to analyze the therapist they are not seeing you for a problem. They are there to get to know you and what you possible problems might be. There is nothing wrong with seeing a therapist as long as you feel you are getting t he best out of you one on one question and answer.

Read section 1, and see the 1-800-therapist website at http://www.ezy-build.net. (.net.nz/~shaneris) and use the locators to find a therapist using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: set an initial limit of, say, 6 months.

My therapist was very pushy. I did not feel as if it was helping me. She kept calling and calling. I believe she honestly cared, but also she wanted the paycheck as well. I think it is your responsibility to end it. After all, it is a paying job for them.
Do you really think the therapist is going to say, we are not clicking, try another therapist? I doubt that. He/she will try anything in their power to keep you as a client/customer.
Good luck!

It's up to the client whether or not they feel comfortable with the therapist...It's not for the therapist to decide

If the therapist is a "mensch" he/she will bring it up. If not--they may continue taking your money.
More important if YOU do not think it is "clicking", you should bring it up. Sometime a client can "outgrow" his/her therapist.

Generally, it's up to you to bring it up or to terminate. Talk to your therapist about it if you've seen her/him very long. If it's only been a couple of sessions, move on to another therapist if that's what your gut is telling you.
