Can someone please help me figure out what paint color(s) should I paint my living room?

My sofa/loveseat are an olive green color, but not too green, it has more of a grey undertone to it. I want a wall color and a accent color. My dining room/kitchen is a light sunflower color and the columns are painted olive green so I wanted to try and tie in all the rooms... Can anyone help me???

You could try a pastel green, like Sherwin Williams' "livable green," that will coordinate with the yellow & the olive. And then use a deep plum as your accent for pillows, rugs, curtains, etc. It would look really good & interesting.

If you want to complement the olive green, gray green, and the sunflower, I suggest either peach/rust, or a deep aqua/teal.
Put a few small aqua or peach accessories [ curtain tiebacks, trivet, spoon rest ] in the kitchen/DR; and a few small sunflower accessories [ in pictures, flowers, ornaments ]in the LR.
Add toss pillows in the same color as walls or trim.
Drapes/curtains can be wall color, furniture color, a print of both; or a neutral such as white, ivory, warm or cool beige.

I take it your dining room is in viewing area to the room you want to paint. You have a yellow room with green columns and a green type couch to deal with. What color are your drapes? Waht color are your rugs? Those are more important than the couch. Either way you can either compliment or contrast. The 4 primaries are yellow, blue, green and red. All other colors come from these(except black and white, which really are not colors)so to compliment, use the colors you have together, and to contrast go with blue. How about a blue green.
