i work out, eat all organic foods(mostly soup) my body is mostly thin, with the exception of my inner thighs and buttocks. any advice?

you cant spot reduce body fat - the only way is lowering your body fat percentage.
eating organic is good but it all comes down to calories.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I know EXACTLY what you are talking about, ive tried every exercise in the book to get rid of that but its just so stubborn it wont leave! i got here across the e book to be very informative and consumer-friendly to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm basically in contact that i'm dropping too lots weight, too rapidly. i visit confess i've got no longer accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet specifically) and doing little or no workout, however the load keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i might accompanied it precisely i think of it would scare the living daylights out of me as a results of quantity that i might lose. So thank you returned for the practise. i've got not at all offered something like this before as a results of fact they're usually crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. start off right this moment!

Unfortunately, that is where women store body fat. I recommend a combination of weight training and jogging. Target your lower body, but remember Arnold thinks it's a mistake to work just one section of the body.lol You can find some helpful hints on how to train those muscles at your local bookstore. Lay on your side, bottom leg straight other leg crossed over and heel up by your hip/thigh on the floor. Now lift leg on the bottom. It stretches inner thighs.

yoga is also a good way to go to tone and lose fat. You'll probably want to go with some cardio training too though to help lose the excess fat. Plus if a girl knows yoga it adds like a full point to her hotness =)

Lay on side throw one leg over other leg you are laying on,
lift the leg you are laying on in short pulse type movements.
Do this daily,Start out with 15 reps.on each leg.You are laying on your side lift leg to your stomach.relaxed.Lift ...
It's hard to explain.I hope you know what I am saying.
Pilates great for this kind of exercise.

you have to build muscle to firm up and cardio to burn the fat.....i found the dead weight help me.., and lifted my butt nicely...

dead weight...

stand with feet hip width apart....hold a set of dumbells in front of you with arms straight down, palms facing you.....now its important that you you dont bend your knees and that you bend at the hips (NOT YOUR WAIST).

bend at your hips going as far as you can go without bending your knees. you want to kinda hang over. then tighten up your thighs and butt and use them (NOT YOUR BACK) to lift your self to start position.......you should feel the burn at about 15 reps if done correctly.

do 3 sets of 15

You should do some squats for your butt and open leg squats for you inner thigh
