Right now, every 5 minutes, I get a sharp pain in my left breast by my armpit. It started about 2 hours ago. Does anyone know what it is? If it matters, I'm on my period right now.

I'm familiar with the pain you're describing, and more than likely it's related to having your period. Every woman's breasts get sore and / or painful when they have their period. Some worse than others. It will subside as your period goes away.

No idea what it might be--a pulled muscle?
Take an analgesic, try to rest and if it's still there in the morning, go see the dr.
