The National Average is 38? Are you for real? Holy cow! I'm sorry to tell you but you won't be able to get any really good jobs in any of the military services with a score like that. It will not prevent you from joining though so go for it. Just be aware that until you are able to cross-rate into something different you will probably be stuck being a deck-ape or painting the ship. Stick with it though and you could go far.

Uh, yeah, that is more often than not the naked minimal rating...despite the fact that I notion 39 was once honestly the naked minimal rating, so if reminiscence serves me correct you cannot even get into the Corps with a 35, however ask your recruiter. Let's say 35 is permitted. That manner you'll be able to more often than not be certified for not anything. I extremely endorse you research tough and retake your ASVAB, considering receiving a 35 must have made you haze your self.

Being a recruiter for 6 years the National Average is 38. ( or it was when i was doing it) Your final score is made up of basiclly four sections which is broken into two subjects. Which is math and english, this turns into a raw score and into your final ASVAB score. Its kind of like building a Foundation the higher the score the better the job and the more they can teach you (or build on) The score you want to shoot for is at least a 50 which places you in the upper percent of the testers. My advice is get someone to help you with your Algebra and retake the test in 30 days. Its worth the effort and better the thermal boxers when it gets cold

35 is the lowest you can get and still be qualified to enter the CG. if you haven't already, get an ASVAB study guide and work on the algebra part. just remember the latest score is the one counted, so if you score lower on the third time, you could very well find yourself DQd all together.

With a 35, you will not qualify for every rating the CG has, and with a lousy math score, no technical jobs either.

If your already in the DEP you may be screwing yourself. If you take it agan and fail it you keep your most recent score. If your not in DEP take the 30 days go to AlgebraHelp.com and study your *** off. I've had kids raise there scores by 20 points. It only works if you take it seriously. Good Luck. about the freeezing your *** off well buddy the coast cuard is in sime freezing places might as well get used to it now. As for that national average I beleive it. The ASVAB pass rate in Miami where i recruit is about 10%
