Basically that is a young cousin's "coming out" party... kind of like a bar-mitzvah. The wedding is just that. This is face time with the extended family. You just have to make a decision which one to attend.
Get the quincineara girl a nice gift card for Target or WalMart and put it in a nice card and send it to her.
