Also, are there any other healthy snacks other than yoghurt, fruit and nuts as i'm getting a little bored with these?

Thanks.

Not really but more than 4 might. Its still all about calories in vs calories out but consuming a lot of fructose is not a good idea.
There are more snacks - granola bars, trail mixes, little low fat pop corns, 60cal puddings, jellos (you can make those yourself), make fruit salad with cottage cheese or yogurt, snack on cereals, more than 70% cocoa chocolate etc. - i would suggest you going to health food store and seeing what they have got there.

Since you're filling up on fruit, you're less likely to eat unhealthy stuff, so yeah, it will help with weight loss. You could try granola bars, they're about 100 calories. I don't know how healthy they are for you though.

it's good to eat that much fruit! it should help to fill you up without all the calories.

Peanutbutter on ricecakes are good, so is plain popcorn, sprayed with just a little bit of butter for flavor, or you could try the
Pam spray thats butter flavored and sprinkle cinnamon or other flavors on it. (spices don't have any calories)

Yes, fruits and vegetables will aid weight loss. Try buying frozen fruit and making smoothies in your blender (yogurt, fruit, milk, and honey).

It depends on the quantity - most fruits contain sugar (which your body needs), however, if you're eating more than you're burning, you will gain weight.

i lost a lot of weight w/salads & only grilled chicken breast & veggies, steamed. or baked.

raw veggies & meal shakes, breakfast drinks, protein shakes , ( i prefer soy ) are good to curb appetite, & it builds muscle.

also a herb called 'spirulina,' helps w/the food cravings, avoid all fried foods. & sweets & breads.
