I am booking a trip for around 30 people. We wil be travelling from Oklahoma City to Salt Lake City the first weekend in November. I have tried looking everywhere for cheap flights. Does anyone know about which websites offer deals to large groups? The cheapest round-trip tickets I've found have been $350.

You can book from Southwest business ( SWABIZ)for about $240 each, and you pay 27 for 30 people. Southwest is the best airline in the country.

I'd definitely suggest booking through a travel agent. The same rule for small groups applies to large groups; if you book over the net, and get in trouble, you're on your own. With such a large group, booking through a travel agent will offer you cheap deals and you'll have a safety barrier should anything go wrong. A travel agent will also be able to offer you deals on accommodation, tours, meals etc.

Go to travel agent he will find out the best possible alternative. If you book for 32, two will be free ( one over 16 guests).

some airlines offer group discounts and the travel agents can manage this also. You can contact the air lines also
Groups online are disasterous.

Only travel agencies or airlines group desks.
Travel agencies may get you a better deal thru some tours operator as well, because they have bulk rates.
NEVER DO GROUPS ON LINE
