I'll take "What did you study in college?" too.
The thing to remember about languages, and especially about English, is that the rules of usage are made after the fact. Most of the time you have to go by your ear - does it sound better this way or that. Writing is a lot like composing music.

"In" is the acceptable usage when referring to college in general.
"At" would be appropriate only if you were talking about a specific college, like; ...the College of New York?

Definitely "In".
But I think in Europe they might use "at". But then they might also use "University" instead of "College" like "What did you study at University?".
