Today someone kicked my ankle, and its not swollen or anything, it just really hurts. and i did 5 hours of cheer today and now it hurts even more.

should i get an ankle brace or what?????

I would recommend icing it and elevating it. It's probably just a bruise. Take some advil and get some rest.

Sports injuries: RICE!!!

R - Rest
I - Ice (20 on/20 off)
C - Compression (wear an ace bandage or an ankle brace, but not too tight)
E - Elevation (raise it to above your heart)

If it's still hurting in a couple of days, you may want to see the dr. Sounds like a good bruise to me. Follow RICE and I bet you'll be right as rain before too long.

Get a baseball bat and go to work on there knees that should make you feel better

HOW ABOUT YOU BUT ICE ON IT AND BANDAGE IT UP! THEN IF IT STILL HURTS CALL THE DOCTER
