(swimswimswimswim...swimswimswimswim..."oh, a morsel, a tidbit, a tight bunch of grass shrimp...")
*bite!*
Ouch! Stupid hook...
Anyway, gravity is a force. It can be tested. Sure, there are theories about gravity, and some of them differ, like the theory that gravity is a force mediated by an elementary boson called a graviton. Who knows for sure if there are gravitons (it's so theoretically complicated to observe one that you can almost say it's impossible), but we all know that gravity has an effect on our every day lives.
Now, some people say that God is observable, but unfortunately, that is extremely subjective. God is not observable for everyone. And you can't "test" God. The Bible even says NOT to test God.
Now, having said all that, I still don't believe that this is absolute proof against God. I'm not looking for proof against God. My disbelief comes from the fact that I just don't think he exists. Can I prove that? No. It's impossible to prove or disprove a god. But do I have faith? Absolutely. I have faith that there is no God. And my life is better for that fact.
So I've chosen my path, and you've chosen yours. It's just unfortunate that I'll never know for sure that I'm right. :P

Drop a ball on the moon and drop a ball here, and tell me if gravity is not real.
Now, prove scientifically that God does exist.
And you've contradicted yourself, babe. "Equate your arguments to fantasies such as leprechauns and unicorns?" Why don't YOU?

All you have to do, is show the effects of god, that can not be explained in any natural way, and you win. Until then, gods are in the same category with leprechauns and unicorns.
The mere fact that a lot of people believe in god, does not prove the existence of a god, it merely proves the existence of a forcing function that creates belief in gods.

Pretty much...You are putting your point down even more. Yes. It is silly to believe in god like it is silly to believe in unicorns. As for gravity... Well You just can't connect the two things. Science Labels things and yes I could claim Gravity isn't real. Maybe I'm just saying that they are labeling something. There could be another reason the we stay put and not float around. Don't try to confuse athiests because I think i know how to work my way around this

The effects of gravity are clearly visible - as is the case with evolution. God, on the other hand, is just an explanation for anything you either cannot understand or are too lazy to learn about.

Yes, as you said, the effects of gravity can be observed. God, on the other hand, can not be observed at all and there is no evidence for his existance. So, why would any rational, thinking person believe in a God?

How could we come up with proof of gravity if someone claims it's false?
Try stepping off a roof.
There, I've proved gravity exists. What do you have to show for the existence of a magical, invisible, supernatural being?
Still nothing. And the fact that a majority believes in a God means nothing. It's still not proof of God.

I am an atheist, and I am not ridiculous at all.
Just because you assert that your god exists like gravity exist, does not make it so. Please provide some evidence of your god's existence for all to see and examine.
Just because a majority believes in a god does not make your god real. Argumentum ad popularum is a fallacious argument and is ridiculous.

There's at least one flaw in your reasoning. First of all, while gravity is observable, God is not. Its the ones making the claims that he exists (you guys) that have to provide proof of his existence, but so far you have not. So why should an atheist believe he exists?

If someone says gravity doesn't exist, he himself would be proof that it does because hes not floating off to space. And just because atheists are a minority doesn't mean they are instantly wrong for being a minority. Atheism is in no way, shape or form a fantasy, it is the lack thereof.
