Credit Limit: amount available for purchases using your credit card.
Cash Credit Available: it is just the amount available for cash withdraw from a ATM.
Most of the time the Credit limit is higher than the cash Limit.

The credit limit is the limit on the card. The cash credit available is the amount of the limit available to use as a cash advance. The cash advance available amount is less than the credit available.
