"Critiquing" religion is the purpose here. The problem is too many of all faiths (and none) take the critiques personally, get offended, yell foul, report you and/or call you names. It makes it hard to have a meaningful discussion most times. I usually end up poking fun at absurd ideas even Christian ones which can be most absurd of all.
BTW: I'm a practicing Christian.

It is no fun when someone reports you for a violation when all you did was call his supposed religion a cult. They are out there, trying to prevent atheists from poking holes in their ridiculous religion.
