I was just writing this same thing to another person--I used Debt Counseling Corporation--they are great--not a settlement company--stay away from those. They lowered my interest, my payments and i only had 1 payment now--it was great. I am all done now but would recommend them to anyone!
My counselor was Jen--she was great--the number there is 888-354-6332 and her ext is 324

Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) is a non-profit company offering free counseling. They also have debt management program available.
