Sounds interesting.
Here are the cookies I bake when I want to blow people away.
They're scrumptious! This is my latest cookie creation.
White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoon dark mexican vanilla
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon corn starch
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries *I use the cherry flavor or the orange flavored ones*
3 drops of Fiori di Sicilia *I get mine at King Arthur*
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream sugars and butter.
Add vanilla and eggs and mix well.
Combine dry ingredients together and gradually add to creamed mixture.
Stir in chips and berries.
Scoop into 1 1/4" balls w/cookie scooper and place on parchement paper, about 2" apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Update: Here are some recipes my friend at work had. Hope they inspire.
1 cup nutella
1 extra-large egg
1 cup self-rising cake flour, plus additional for dusting (see note below)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix 1/2 cup Nutella and the egg with an electric mixer until well combined. Slowly add 1 cup of flour until a wet dough is formed. Transfer the dough to a flour-dusted board.
Knead gently, adding a bit more flour if necessary; dough will be sticky. Roll dough into 18 balls, flouring your hands as needed to make rolling easier. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet, several inches apart.
Bake 12 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Split cookies in half horizontally using a sharp, serrated knife (see note below). Spread bottom with 1 teaspoon Nutella, replace top and press firmly. Let cool completely. Store in a tightly covered tin.
Note on splitting the cookies: I had a problem with a couple of the cookie tops breaking a bit when I first started cutting them. I then tried it this way and had no more problems: turn the cookie on its side and carefully score the entire outside edge while turning it like a wheel, then gently cut the rest of the way through the middle.

Nutella Kisses
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nutella
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
24 Hershey's chocolate kisses
sugar, for rolling cookie dough
Preheat oven to 375*.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt, whisk to combine.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella, sugars and butter. Cream for about 3 minutes, then add the vanilla and egg.
Blend until combined.
Stir in dry ingredients just until combined.
Shape cookie dough into walnut-sized balls, then roll into the extra sugar. Place on cookie sheet about 4 inches apart.
Bake for 8 minutes, pull rack out and place a kiss into the center of each cookie. Cookie will get the cracks from this.
Push rack back in and bake an additional 3 minutes.
Remove to a wire rack to cool.

Nutella Ravioli Cookies
1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough ***You can make your own sugar cookie dough from scratch as well!***
1/2 cup nutella, spread
3 tablespoons chocolate chips
3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F
Roll out cookie dough to about a 1/4 inch thickness.
Using a cookie cutter or a glass dipped in flour, cut out rounds. (I used a 2 3/4 inch round cookie cutter.)
Using a piping bag or plastic bag with the end snipped off, pipe about 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella into the center of each round.
Fold rounds over to create half moon shapes and gently seal edges.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes.
Remove to racks and cool completely.
When cookies are completely cooled, melt chocolate chips in microwave (about 1 minute.)
Remove and using a fork, drizzle chocolate over cookies.
Repeat steps with white chocolate chips.

The cookie sounds really good, but personally I'd skip the yogurt chips. The cranberries are already tart without adding another tart element. Also, I'd chop the craisins some as they can be pretty big for a cookie. I've made a similar cookie (using walnuts and/or pecans), and put in some toasted pine nuts. They add a buttery, slight crunch effect. Be careful toasting them though, as they burn easily (I put them in a not-too-hot dry frying pan, and keep stirring until they're toasted).
