Eat breakfast. Don't skip it. You need energy(derived from food) to give you energy to work you muscles(walking, arm movements and the like) which will burn off the weight.
Good food and not so much of it.
Otherwise a "blubber removing knife like the eskimos use on the whales is the only other option. No other magic.
