That is one of the worst cars ever built. Sorry to say that, but ive worked at a Cadillac dealer for the past 10 years. My boss states that car put his kids through college with the parts sales we got.

Anyways, no idea about free, but Helm Inc does the manuals for GM and they arent priced to badly.
