How do you get into blackwater and how extensive is the backround check?

Does anyone know anything about getting hired with this company, is it hard?

Aplying at the website seems useless, im not ex SF so what are my chances?

Any military? Something combat related and specialized? if not, your chances are slim, especially since they are probably on a hiring freeze right now.

They only want people with special operator experience.

The only exception I have ever heard of is their medic position, for which they will except people with Law Enforcement Experience as well as a current Paramedic license.
