How do swap faces and bodies with Corel Photo Shop Pro...or photoshop?

May you guys give me step-by-step instructions on doing it?
*Afterwards, how do you make the body and the face color the SAME SKIN color* (this one is BIG! I really want to learn to do this if possible)

It would take much too much space to give you directions on how to do this on this forum.

Suggest you buy a book to learn how to use Photoshop. All the tools need to do this are the standard tools that you will learn from any good Photoshop book.
