Sorry for all the tattoo questions, but I think of something new every few minutes to ask.

A lot of people have told me to eat before I get the tattoo. And I will try to do that. But what about eating DURING the tattoo? I want to bring some candy to keep my blood sugar up. Would candy be alright to eat, or should I go for something more like....a granola bar?

when i am going for a long session (3 hours) i usually bring a candy bar or some kind of snack to eat when the artist takes a break. it isn't necessary for you to bring a snack if your tattoo is going to take less than an hour to do because it won't make a difference. i usually eat a 6 inch subway sandwich before i get tattooed (sometimes a couple of hours before) and just if i feel the need to eat i will eat the candybar while he is on break, or have my husband feed it to me. but i also get gum... not sugar free. i have to chew on something when i get tattooed because i tend to clench my jaw and don't want to damage my teeth. i usually mix like a bubble gum and a cinnamon gum to keep flavor but still be really chewy.

good luck!

It's fine to eat or drink during the tattoo. A lot of people bring juice or pop with them when they're getting a large tattoo done. If you're getting something small, it won't take long, so you should be ok. But if your tattoo will take longer than an hour, I'd bring something.

I agree, the granola bar or something like that would be best. And juice.

Get anything that suggests anything to you that's displayed via an emblem or anything written in Japanese...it regularly appears cool. It's a talk subject too, you'll be able to regularly be requested what it way given that no person can simply arise and browse it. I have a tribal signal that appears beautiful cool and the logo is for Longevity.

There's nothing wrong with that but I would go with the healthier snack just to be on the safe side.
