last days, you should look to an organization for the truth?

According to the Watchtower organization, Jesus is not the mediator of the Great Crowd. The organization is the mediator.

Michelle: I have a special interest in JWs' doctrines, however, I have NEVER been a member of that church.

The source is Jehovah's Witness. However, if I have a change to ask the source, I am happy to give it.

What/who is the anti Christ?

This is a person or a group of people coming forth and saying they are the "Anointed" and to follow them.

"anti" is "instead of" or "to replace or pretend" in the Greek.

Christ means "anointed".

The Governing Body (GB) of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society (WTB&TS) say they are the Anointed and the spokesman for Jehovah God.

and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains. "Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.

>>>At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. <<<<

Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Yes, these publishers claim to be "anointed" and to follow their teaching.

That would be saying; "I am Christ, follow me" would it not?

Christ means anointed! Matthew 24:4 Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ, '

Firstly, I will say that when you confront JW's with a contradiction, a fault, a conflict, or hypocrisy, they get so abusively defensive. Have you ever noticed that? Only a few who call themselves JW's do come forward with calmness and candid order to respond to such problematic behavior, but most of them ARE NOT living by or conducting themsevles rather, in an upright, godly manner. They get loud, mean-spirited (like these ones were not this way already prior to joining the organization??), tit-for-tatting, arrogant, slandering, hateful, but mostly even more hypocritical.

Secondly, regarding your inquiry about Jesus not being the mediator of the Great Crowd, but the society itself being the mediator, I have never heard this one. Do you have some links to show what you mean? I'd love to see like proof links to what you claim.

I'll be better able to answer you when I see exactly what it is in those publications that you're referring to so this way I can be more informed, ok? Thanks.

Oh really? can you please direct us to the exact Watchtower publication where this slander is to be supported?
The Watchtower, in all the issues I have ever read, always directs the reader to the simple Bible fact that Jesus is the only mediator between God and man. Yet here you are, outright lying about the JW's.
Well good for you, fortunately, the constitution protects your free speech in that you can flagrantly lie about an organization and not be put into prison for your lies.
Also, those of us with brains can see that by means of the presence of your dishonest lies regarding these people, the truth that you support the scriptures in the fact that you are indeed part of the fulfillment of the prophecy regarding those like yourself who have taken a firm stand against the Father and His only son.

Oh my! a quick review of your Q+A history leads one to believe you are an apostate!
Why have you taken up the position of directly opposing the Jehovah's"s Witnesses?

They are wrong.
Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and man.
You will find no scripture saying otherwise.

1Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Heb 8:6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.

Hebrews 12:24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things that that of Abel.

You should steer clear from the Watchtower publications or the Awake! magazines. Read God's Word ...and not the JW's version of it.

Oh, and Christianity isn't about a building, but about a group of people. The people are the church ...not the building they meet in. Don't look towards organizations or people for truth, you need to look towards God and put your faith in Him. Read His Word and He will better understand His Truth.

Ah, that's where I always go for guidance...the Watchtower. Yup, they sure know everything.

Perhaps you should concentrate on the line that warns people to NOT watch for the last days.

(Zechariah 8:23) It will be in those days that ten men out of all the languages of the nations will take hold, yes, they will actually take hold of the skirt of a man who is a [spiritual] Jew, saying: “We will go with you people, for we have heard that God is with you people.”’”
