I checked the nutritional info on the website, and it doesn't seem terrible, but it's not something I would eat every day. You can also check out Amy's (www.amys.com), which has vegan chilis with fewer artificial ingredients and a couple of low-sodium varieties. Making your own is best, but if you are pressed for time, go ahead and try the canned.

Is Hormel Chili Healthy

Hormel Chili is honestly indexed at the accidently vegan internet site. So they would name it vegan chili. They use vegetable protein to interchange the beef. But, why oh why might any person consume canned chili, whilst it's so convenient to make at residence, vegetarian or now not???
