(laughs) It would probably make it easier, but why stop there? Why not keep everyone from talking to each other? As long as there are people in the world there are going to be misunderstandings & arguments.
Trying to avoid someone of a certain gender because you're afraid of getting in trouble for harrassment or because they may misinterpret what you say unfairly is pretty much useless. The people (of any gender) who go around causing trouble will cause trouble no matter what you do or don't say. Just make sure to watch yourself around them the best you can.

hell, lets just stop them from work'n in the first place! then maybe we could stop them from voting and havin an opinion, bet you'd like that?
