Ok so my ex-boyfriend's birthday is tomorrow. We still get along great and He still likes me but I don't like him. Would that be leading him on if I baked him a cake to give it him as a friend?

Leading him on would be if you baked him a cake and served it to him naked, but if you fear he still might misinterpret things, maybe you should opt to send him a card and leave it at that.

Probably. It might not be to you, but to him, seeing how much effort you put into his present or cake would probably make him think you still care for him in that way... just get him some socks with his name on it.
