The condom as cut in half-she needs to know if there is a lawyer that will handle her case-she has tried personal injury lawyers -but they said that she wasn't personal hurt-so who does she need to talk too

That is sooooooo wrong its not even laughable, you need to also contact the health authorities & report them. I would be suing the crap out of them!!!!!!! Did you get photo's of it (i hope so!) Ring all the lawyers you can, one of them will help you out.

you should report this restaurant to the HEALTH INSPECTOR in the township where it is located. A police report is also a good idea. As to suing, remember, anyone can sue anyone for anything at anytime, BUT to recover money damages, you have to PROVE HARM. Certainly, it is a shock to bite into food and find any kind of contamination, but did your friend's health suffer, besides shock? If they felt sick, go to a doctor or emergency room immediately to have a record of that for the court. Provide copy of the doctor's report to the health inspector, and hope you saved the condom for evidence.
