Hi...
I am trying to buy something for my husband, but I don't know what they are called..... can you help?
These stand were around a few decades ago, and I am looking for one.
It is a peice of furniture. It has (almost like a coat hanger) arms at the top for mans suit jacket, and just under that is a pole that goes across for pants to hang over, and down lower there is a seat or a ledge for mens shoes etc.
Can someone please help and tell me what they are called (and if anyone has seen one, where you can get one from)

Everyone who's telling you "valet" or "gentleman's valet" is correct. I bought one for my husband a few years ago from Bombay Company. Can't remember how much it cost, but it has held up pretty well.

I was going to give you a strange answer, like a 'suit stand'... but I'm at awe of the folks that actually knew the name. My hat's off to you all.

They are called men's valet stands and they can be purchased online at several different places.
