Try taking Alavert, this works the best for me. You need to clear up your nasal passages, that will stop the drainage.

I had some symptoms similar to yours. After a lot of looking into medicines and visiting specialists I discovered that by eating a lactose/dairy free diet it alleviated most of my mucous in the nose and throat issues. You really have to go completely off lactose for 10 days before you notice any change. It might be worth it. I was at the stage that my nose was so blocked I could only breathe through my mouth. I tried all the nose sprays on the market but very few provided long term relief.

Easy remedy. Take the plane ol Robitussin. The Guaifenesin kind. Take 2 table spoons or more about 4 times a day. Works like charm. I have bad drainage too from allergies and this ALWAYS works for me. Just keep in mind it can make you kind of sleepy.

Hi,

As my wife, she used Claritin-D for her allergy problems, all went for her really good, and after two weeks of constant use, she finally beated that allergy up.

Claritin-D can be buyed at http://trustedprescriptionsonline.com/index.php/Allergy/Claritin-D.html

Its one of the cheapest drugstores around.

Hope this works

If you have allergies (and these can develop at any age) or sinus infection (even without pain) your doctor can treat this, or an ENT specialist.
