Who made God's throne and what sort of wood is it made from?

Shittim wood overlaid with gold. I don't know who made it, but it's likely He got his followers to build it for Him. It should be draped with cloth of blue, purple, scarlet, and fine twined linen.

He created EVERYTHING. Aren't you assuming that God has the same materials as on Earth? I think they are not the same.
