To me it means that whatever you put out comes back to you. Violence begets violence. Look at what happens when people fight and argue among themselves.

It means you get back what you give. And in the case of violence, when you visit it upon another you end up visiting it upon yourself in turn.

i think it means if your violent to someone then your going to get hurt by somebody else. but i dont really know lol
