Lol yeah it bugs the heck out of me! Normally I let things go and be like "Oh wells I already did it." But if I were to had done something so stupid or said something stupid infront of a person I had a crush on. Then I'd feel like an idiot haha.

All the time. I wish sometimes that I thought long and hard before I said or did so many things. It just seems like I'm a crap friend/girlfriend sometimes, I just keep making mistakes and as much as I try...I can't stop doing idiotic things.

Happens to me a lot. Don't be afraid to apologize to people. Even if it's for something small. The main thing I've learned is not to let myself blow it out of proportion. Next time you see the person just say a simple "I was thinking about when I said this... and I really feel pretty dumb about it. I know it's not that big a deal, but I wanted to apologize for it."

Are you kidding? That's my usual and perpetual state of being. The one saving grace nowdays is that I am more at peace with the phenomenon now than I was when I was younger, but I still have an occasional taste for my foot in my mouth.

Yes! I say stupid things, or don't say the right thing, then later I look back on it and mentally beat myself up about it for as long as four years every time it is brought up. It sucks!

All the time. Dwelling on it for days at a time is a not normal, but everyone has the thought, here and there.

Everyone does, don't worry. It's worse when you've been really good to someone who then kicks you when you are down, though. Hope you feel happier soon, - things don't stay the same forever.

Yup, but hey we can't change the past, and once the act is done orsaid it's the past. Laugh it off and enjoy life.
