I was sued by one of the credit and collection agency. I decided to fight it and agency put the request for dismissal,. What should be my next step, how do I get it off my credit report.

Verify with the court that the collection agency actually filed to dismiss. Collectors have been known to generate bogus paperwork to make you think the case was cancelled. Then when you don't show up, they get a default judgment.

If the collector actually dismissed, they will probably sell the debt off to someone else. You may get a new summons.

When you get a report, ensure that it's not on the report but it can take up to three months. If you have a copy of the dismissal, ensure that you send a copy to the three major credit reporting agencies.
